Only two kilometers from Blokhus Natur Camping you will find the wild and breathtaking North Sea. Here you can enjoy the white sand, the clear, blue sea and the high dunes.
At Blokhus Beach you will find the following facilities: Car driving, parking, kiosk/café, toilets, lifeguards in the summer period and areas for windsurfing. Also, you will find the small, iconic, white beach houses on the beach from the 1st of may until the 30th of september.
At Rødhus Beach it is possible to: drive and park your car, visit the kiosk/café, use the toilets and use the windsurfing areas. Also, a lot of naturists visit the beach.
Blokhus Dune Plantation spans approximately 642 acres. The majority of it being forest. With the location being in a distinctly excursion- and tourist active area, the plantation is visited all year around.
There is access to the marked hiking routes about 100 meters from Blokhus Natur Camping. The routes are marked with coloured arrows on low poles. It is also possible to exit the beaten path and hike wherever you desire.
Gateway Blokhus is the access point for lots of experiences in nature such as hiking, jogging or a cozy time around the bonfire. Here you will find 8 km of mountain bike trails, an exercising trail, several hiking routes and a quality forest playground.
